TOURNAMENT INFORMATION
May 17-20, 2024
Games will be held at Meridian Sports Park, Town of Stony Plain, Calahoo Ball Park, and Sandhills Community League
PLEASE NOTE games will be starting FRIDAY evening for local teams and will go till Monday afternoon.
Tournament Cost (No gate fee)
U11- $500
U13/U15/U17- $600
We plan to offer the following divisions:
- U11 Developmental (Rec Teams)
- U13B (tier 1), U13C (tier 2) and U13D (tier 3) - No "A" teams
- U15B (tier 1) - FULL, U15C (tier 2) and U15D (tier 3) - No "A" teams
- U17A, U17B (tier 1), U17C (tier 2), and U17D (tier 3)
All applications will be reviewed and a TeamSnap registration link will be sent to accepted teams. Teams will have 5 days from acceptance to complete registration and pay tournament fees.

- Medals will be awarded for Gold, Silver and Bronze in each division.
- No GATE FEES
- Paid camping will be available at Sandhills and Meridian Sports Park.
- Tournament applications will be reviewed and confirmation of teams will occur at the latest April 20, 2024, however invites may occur prior to this.
- We cannot guarantee skill sets, we will do our best to create a fair and equitable tournament, but you may come across stronger or weaker teams.
- Schedules will be emailed out by May 5, 2024 at which time you will also receive a coach’s package (roster, rules, etc.)
Cancellation policy:
If you wish to withdraw from the tournament you will forfeit the entry fee unless a replacement team can be found prior to May 1, 2024
If a replacement team is found then 75% of the fee will be refunded. No replacement teams after May 10, 2024.
