Baseball Canada has updated the Rally Cap program and there are new names for each level but with the same information and drills from last year.

2022 White Cap = 2023 On Deck (information on page 14, practice plans on page 26)

2022 Grey Cap = 2023 Home Plate (information on page 20, practice plans on page 26)

2022 Black Cap = 2023 Single (information on page 70, practice plans on page 82)

2022 Green Cap = 2023 Double (information on page 76, practice plans on page 82)

2022 Blue Cap = 2023 Triple (information on page 121, practice plans on page 133)

2022 Red Cap = 2023 Home Run (information on page 127, practice plans on page 133)
